DON’T FORGET THE EARTH

BY JONATHAN GATES EARL

The argument presented in “Don’t Forget the Earth” dwarfs every explanation, presentation of information, or expression you’ve ever heard

Jonathan Gates Earl’s Don’t Forget the Earth is one of the most thoughtful books I’ve read in years. Earl’s view is simple yet revolutionary.” —Christopher Nyerges, author of “Enter the Forest”

Let’s get started!

First Projects:

For Earth:

Everybody plant one native plant in your yard. If you don’t have a yard, plant it in a friend or relative’s yard. AND send us a picture of it at: jonathangatesearlpublishing@gmail.com

There are lots of native plant nurseries all around the world where you can get plants, seeds, and information.

For Humanity:

Reach across the borders of your country and do a project with someone in another country, ideally one that you wouldn’t be expected to interact with. It could be an art project, a writing project, a photography project (Ex: You both photo butterflies or birds), or a book club where you both read the same book and then discuss. And let us know what you’re doing, at: jonathangatesearlpublishing@gmail.com

About the Author

Jonathan Gates Earl has spent a lifetime dedicated to the environmental movement, founding and directing a group called Rhapsody in Green for twenty years, and conducting environmental education programs at schools throughout Southern California.

He’s realized that we can’t save the environment without world peace, and he’s made discoveries that will help achieve both. Sounds impossible? Jonathan says: “I felt that voicing what has always been wrongly assumed to be impossible might hasten a new convergence of the possible.”
